Congratulations to the boys cross country team for bringing home the League Title last night! First title for the team in 19 years! The guys were lead to victory by Captain Nate Linden with an individual title in a time of 16:10 for all league honors. Also earning all league honors were Colin Blachford in 6th, Captain Ryan Harper in 9th, and Eddie Nolan in 11th! A few PRs were run yesterday as well including Owen Pacyga breaking the 20 minute barrier with a time of 19:39, Edward Ostberg with a time of 21:20, Ben Chapman in 22:33, and Xavier Neudauer in 25:27! Also running season bests were Timmy Li and Captain Wyatt Sesi! Congrats guys on bringing home the trophy! On the girls side the Lady Hawks were lead by freshman Clare O’Reilly earning all league honors claiming 13th with a time of 20:44! More PRs were run on the girls side too including Nina Lewis breaking the 23 minute barrier with her 5th PR of the season in 22:43, Captain Lourd Alahwal in 24:38, Haneul Siemion broke the 25 minute barrier for the first time in 24:56, and Yasmina Umarova in 27:55! Gargi Sonawane also ran a season best! Go Hawks!!
