Coach Ames is a recent graduate of Albion College, where she just completed four years as a collegiate lacrosse student-athlete. She brings a strong understanding of the game, a positive competitive mindset, and is highly recommended by her college coach for her leadership, work ethic, and commitment to team culture. Prior to college, Coach Ames played her high school lacrosse at Lake Orion High School, giving her valuable experience within the OAA and MHSAA. Coach Ames’ primary goal is to share her love of lacrosse with all student-athletes in the program, while fostering an environment focused on growth, accountability, and positive team culture. We are excited to support her as she builds on the current foundation of Athens girls lacrosse and continues to develop the program at all levels. Welcome Coach Ames.
